Ensure ‘Best Value’ in the procurement of curriculum resources in the subject areas including lesson planning and alignment within the schools adopted standards. Responsible for final approval of all curriculum matters, such as books, resources and supplemental material. Act as a consultant to other staff, and Principal, and oversee the effective use of curriculum resources in all aspects of the school curriculum.

Dual PHD in ESL & Instructional Leadership
Currently working on completing the requirements for an additional specialization in Instructional Leadership and writing a joint dissertation for ESL and IL. I am currently researching the effects and success (progress and attainment) of non-native English speakers when taught by teachers participating in a coaching and mentoring program. The hypothesis is that increasing the skill level of the teachers will increase the progress and attainment of students.
